I am trying to kick this insomnia. Therefore, I have decided that I am no longer going to bring my laptop into my bedroom. Additionally, I am only going to use my bedroom for relaxing and sleeping. No more work or late-night television.
Let’s hope this helps relieve me of my insomnia.
We returned from the dentist office. No cavities! The only issue is that my teeth stain easily, and the coffee I drink isn’t helping. I am going to start flossing and brushing my teeth an extra time a day, and hopefully that fixes that issue. However, the dental assistant said that she could tell that I have been flossing and using mouthwash! Hurray! I am proud that I finally achieve my goal of attending all dental appointments, and to stop fearing the dentist as I use to. The only thing left to do this year is replace my crown, and I do not have to return to the dentist until 2009.
Go to the dentist. It isn’t the most pleasant thing to do, but it will prevent a worse experience than just getting your teeth cleaned.
