I was in the washroom a few minutes ago, and I saw a mosquito eater ( one of those big, long legged things?) And I couldnt go in there. I ran out like a moron, and just burst into tears. I recently discovered my fear, when I was in my room, and a house centipied crawled across my TV screen. I panicked, and my dad found me in the hall, having a panic attack. It sucks. I've always been afraid of bugs, but never, ever this bad. If you've found a way to calm down, or fix this, please tell me. I dont know how much longer I can deal with this fear.
